Stacey's Wedding

Melissa's nursing friend, Stacey was married. The wedding took place in a rural, little, farm church in Ithaca, Michigan. However, since it was the union of Hope and Calvin grads we discovered just how small the Dutch, Reformed community still is.



Melissa ran into a girl she new from college, and two guys who went to her parent's church in Chicago. I saw somebody I used to work with at the grocery store. Of course there were all the Spectrum Health nurses... Afterwards we watched Grand Rapids native Floyd Mayweather Jr defend his welterweight title against Britain's Ricky Hatton. Grand Rapids was very well represented this day.
