Cadaver

Recently I was feeling confident that my exercise routine was producing noticeable results. To showcase my new confidence I interrupted the work Melissa was doing in the kitchen and began to flex my muscles in front of her. Past attempts to impress her this way have failed, so my confidence was boosted even further when she began to show genuine interest. Reality hit me hard when she earnestly exclaimed, "you would have made a great cadaver!" My shoulders drooped, my chest deflated, and I turned away. So my assumption is that if you are married to a nurse, it's a compliment if they say, "in school I would have loved to dissect somebody like you."
